New customers receive their first service visit for just $50. This includes a property evaluation, discussion of service needs, and up to 60 minutes of mowing, trimming, and blowing. During this visit, Marathon Lawn will assess the property, provide recommendations, and establish pricing for future recurring service.

From spring and fall cleanups to landscaping, yard improvements, light repairs, and outdoor projects, I offer a wide range of property maintenance services. Every project is unique, so if you’re unsure whether I can help, just ask. If a job is beyond my scope, I’ll let you know before work begins.

Disposal fees cover hauling, transportation, and disposal facility costs. Billed separately from labor.
Small bagged cleanups requiring 1–2 paper lawn & leaf bags are billed at $10 per bag. Projects requiring 3 or more bags are billed using the disposal fee schedule below.
• Small Load (up to 2 cubic yards): $25
• Medium Load (2–4 cubic yards): $50
• Large Load (4–6 cubic yards): $100
Multiple loads or oversized projects may require additional fees.

Extra charges may apply for overgrown grass, excessive debris, or special requests, but we’ll always let you know upfront before starting.
Yes. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit and debit cards.
Recurring lawn service is billed monthly and paid in advance. Property maintenance, landscaping, and larger projects require a 50% deposit to secure scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
We offer weekly lawn mowing service only to ensure consistent quality and a well-maintained lawn. We do not offer biweekly service at this time.
Yes. All customers must agree to Marathon Lawn’s Terms of Service before service begins. This is not a long-term commitment contract. It simply provides authorization to perform work on the property and outlines service policies, payment terms, and customer responsibilities.

In the rare event that something unexpected happens (such as debris causing damage to a window, vehicle, or property), you are covered. We take every precaution to work safely, but insurance ensures you’re protected at all times.
