Marathon Lawn Service Terms & Conditions

By purchasing services from Marathon Lawn, customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

• Customer is responsible for removing toys, pet waste, hoses, wires, decorations, and other obstacles from lawn areas prior to service.

• Marathon Lawn is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or unmarked objects including sprinkler heads, invisible dog fences, cables, landscape lighting, irrigation components, or buried items.

• The $50 Lawn Evaluation Visit applies only to maintained lawns with grass under 6 inches in height unless otherwise discussed.

• Overgrown lawns may require additional charges and will be quoted separately before service begins.

• Service times and pricing are based on the estimated labor required to maintain the property.

• Weather, wet conditions, equipment failure, or unsafe property conditions may require service delays or rescheduling.

• Customer grants Marathon Lawn permission to access the property for scheduled services.

• Customer is responsible for securing pets prior to service. Marathon Lawn is not responsible for escaped pets due to gates, fencing, or property conditions beyond its control.

• Recurring lawn service is billed monthly and paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Property maintenance, landscaping, and larger projects require a 50% deposit to secure scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

• Marathon Lawn may photograph work areas before, during, and after service for estimating, documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes. Photos will not intentionally include customer names, addresses, or other personally identifying information.

• Marathon Lawn is not responsible for pre-existing lawn, irrigation, landscaping, drainage, fencing, or property damage.

• By purchasing services from Marathon Lawn, customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
